Tippy South Cloud
A very popular Chinese black tea made from newly sprouted leaf tips
that are long, dark brown and gold-tipped. Provides a golden brew that
is full-bodied and sweet.
Keemun
Also known as "qimun", this is one of the most popular black
teas in China. Exquisite, small black tightly rolled leaves offer a
very rich, complex and full-bodied cup with a sweet aroma and flavor
similar to bittersweet chocolate. It makes a good breakfast tea.
Golden Monkey
This golden tipped black tea comes from the Fujian province in China
and has a rich aroma and full bodied taste. It is a very playful tea
with lots of character and a raisin-plum aftertaste. Golden Monkey is
a good example of a high quality black tea grown, picked and made with
great care. It is a first flush early spring tea and production is very
limited.

Organic First Flush Darjeeling
Teas from Darjeeling are reputed to have a fresh muscatel and flowery
aroma. The term "first flush" refers to the first plucking
season of the year - March to mid-April. Teas from the first flush are
greener, lighter and flowery in aroma, and provides a bright, sweet
and dry taste.
English Teas
Ceylon F.O.P.
Also known as Fine Orange Pekoe, this select tea from the New Vithanakande
estate, is grown in the Ratnapura District on the border of the Sinharaja
forest. Beautiful long, thin leaves bought from small land holders,
resulting in a stunning cup, delivering lingering flavor and distinct
character. Lovely afternoon tea.

Irish Breakfast
An organic black tea from the Rembeng Estate in India. This 100% Assam
has a classic medium body with spicy overtones and a refreshing taste.
A good selection for those who like their tea straight up, but this
selection will accommodate a touch of milk.
English Breakfast

London company. It is perfect in the morning or throughout the day if
you are looking for a strong and simple tea, rich and flavorful even

of Ceylon Vintage Silver Tips. If you love Bergamot and fine tea, this
the blend for you.
Blue Flower Earl Grey
Earl Grey is a popular tea and was probably the first scented tea drunk
in the west. Bergamot is the Turkish name given to a pear-shaped fruit,
Citrus Bergamia. This is an offering of Assam and Chinese tea blended
with the blue flowers of Bergamot. This is sweeter and fuller-bodied
version of the more often served Earl Grey.
