Dragonwell
This classic green tea famous since the 8th century is grown in the
hills just west of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. It is known for
its flat leaf appearance, pleasant jade-green color, wonderfully leafy
aroma, and roasted nutty taste. Dragonwell is one of the famous tribute
teas, and is still carefully picked and processed completely by hand.
The dried leaf is also very tasty as a culinary herb and is often used
in cooking.
Yinhao Jasmine Green
Special grade sweet green tea leaves are married with the fragrant Jasmine
flowers during the evening when the blossoms are their most fragrant.
This process is repeated seven times to achieve the Yin Hao status.
Organic Sencha
Enjoyed by hardened Samurai, haiku poets and monks alike. A traditional
Japanese steamed green tea with tightly rolled, long flat needle-shaped
leaves. It is an early spring pick with a brighter, smoother aftertaste
than the more common grades. It has a fresh grassy aroma, a light flowery
taste, and a clean finish.

Also known as brown rice tea or flower rice tea. Genmaicha is a popular
traditional Japanese green tea blended with rice kernels. Sometimes
rice kernels pop to form little white flowers. Genmaicha steeps to a

It is very low in caffeine and makes a delicious breakfast tea as well
