Dragonwell
This classic green tea famous since the 8th century is grown in the hills just west of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. It is known for its flat leaf appearance, pleasant jade-green color, wonderfully leafy aroma, and roasted nutty taste. Dragonwell is one of the famous tribute teas, and is still carefully picked and processed completely by hand. The dried leaf is also very tasty as a culinary herb and is often used in cooking.

Yinhao Jasmine Green
Special grade sweet green tea leaves are married with the fragrant Jasmine flowers during the evening when the blossoms are their most fragrant. This process is repeated seven times to achieve the Yin Hao status.

Organic Sencha
Enjoyed by hardened Samurai, haiku poets and monks alike. A traditional Japanese steamed green tea with tightly rolled, long flat needle-shaped leaves. It is an early spring pick with a brighter, smoother aftertaste than the more common grades. It has a fresh grassy aroma, a light flowery taste, and a clean finish.

Green Mist
We find this tea very easy to drink with its light, sweet fragrance and a sweet, smooth, flowery taste. A perfect tea for those who enjoy a light, pleasant green tea.

Cherry Sencha
During spring in Japan, people rejoice the start of a new season. Many include the beautiful cherry blossoms in this appreciation of nature. This green tea symbolizes that celebration. Sencha leaf is blended with dried cherry fruit and blossoms creating a unique and exotic experience. A very sweet, and slightly grassy flavor. Give a cold water rinse before infusing.

Organic Houjicha
Japanese health food experts believe that roasted green tea is lower in caffeine and beneficial to the digestive and circulatory systems. This tea is roasted to perfection to produce a sweet and amber infusion with a rich, nutty aroma.

 

Organic Genmaicha
Also known as brown rice tea or flower rice tea. Genmaicha is a popular traditional Japanese green tea blended with rice kernels. Sometimes rice kernels pop to form little white flowers. Genmaicha steeps to a light greenish-brown tea with a smooth, savory and grassy rice flavor. It is very low in caffeine and makes a delicious breakfast tea as well as the perfect companion to Japanese food.

Green Earl Grey
Traditionally, Earl Greys have been made with black tea. This blend combines a loosely rolled Chinese green tea from Zhejiang province with the essence of Bergamot.

Organic Emerald Cloud
This tea has a distinctive, aromatic freshness. It has a smooth, nutty taste and an emerald green infusion.
