Anxi Oolong
This tea comes from a region in Southern Fujian province in China famous for oolong production. It is a "table tea" good for everyday enjoyment. It is friendly and affordable with a taste that is smooth on the palate and has a fragrance reminiscent of orchids.

Phoenix Bird Oolong
This tea is grown in the cloudy and misty environment of the Phoenix Mountains. In ancient terraced slopes dating back to the Sung Dynasty, one will find moss covered mature tea trees requiring pickers to use ladders at harvest time. Aged and older trees are prized for the best flavor, balance and full body which they produce. This is a rare oolong with a fragrant woodsy aroma and delicate fruity flavor similar to nectarines and peaches.

Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is partially fermented. Skillful timing and careful handling during the manufacture process create a wide variance of flavors, colors, and aromas. Oolongs can be infused several times, and are the teas used in the traditional Gung Fu Tea Ceremony. The higher prices reflect the care and hand manufacture of these teas, which are highly recommended for the tea connoisseur.
