White Peony
Also called "Pai Mutan", this tea is from the Fujian province of China. Made in early spring with leaf and buds sets. This tea has a smooth and velvety texture and brews with a subtle floral notes and a yellow liquor.

White Tea

White tea is rare and produced on a very limited scale. Buds are picked before they open, allowed to wither slightly, and then dried with hot air to prevent any oxidation. They are very delicate, with a pale liquor.
